The Comox Glacier over Comox Harbour in the evening

Communities

Find your place in the Comox Valley

From the Courtenay riverfront to Campbell River's seawalk, each community has its own housing stock, price range and pace. Ray has sold in every one of them. Pick a place to see live listings, prices and what to know before you buy there.

Most buyers start with one of the four bigger centres: Courtenay for the hospital, the college and the shops, Comox for the harbour and 19 Wing, Cumberland for the village and the trails, and Campbell River for oceanfront at a lower price per square foot. The rest of the list fills in the gaps between them. If you would rather search the whole Valley at once you can, and if you are relocating here from out of province the community spotlights on the blog are the longer read.
