Listing information

Listing content is provided through the REALTOR.ca Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and originates with Vancouver Island Real Estate Board and other participating boards. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. It must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose. Listings may be withdrawn, sold or changed without notice; this site removes listings when they leave the MLS® System but timing can lag by a few hours. What is currently available is on the listings search.

The mortgage and Property Transfer Tax calculators, market snapshots and any pricing ranges on this site are estimates for general information only. They are not financial, legal or tax advice and are not a substitute for a lender's pre-approval, a lawyer's or notary's statement of adjustments, or a formal appraisal.

No agency relationship

Using this website, submitting a form or receiving listing alerts does not create an agency relationship. Representation in a real estate transaction begins only when a written agreement is signed in accordance with British Columbia's Real Estate Services Act.

Maps are rendered with MapLibre GL using OpenFreeMap tiles built from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Where a listing has no coordinates, its map position is approximated from the postal-code centroid (postal code data © GeoNames, CC BY 4.0) and is marked as approximate.
